S&F’s House

With a functional single-family housing program, this project is developed in two comfortably distributed floors. The ground floor corresponds to leisure or the one used mostly during the day, and the upper floor is dedicated to the bedrooms. The guidelines have been taken into account to take full advantage of the virtues offered by its location in Mallorca and thus be able to rationally order the interiors. The protagonist of the house is the natural light and in turn the intimacy, so, the house, responds to a set of planes formed by noble materials assembled with the mastery of a tailor.
