Es Capdellà II

The constructive repertoire of the island of Mallorca is recognizable in this house that dialogues with the vernacular architecture of the place.

The project started from a main volume that contains all the rooms. The floor plan configuration of the house is based on an L-shape that delimits this south-facing exterior space.

Externally, the house replicates the traditional constructions and materials of the area: stone, whitewash, wood, ceramic roof and blue-turquoise windows that clearly identify that Mediterranean touch
